The training program includes:

    60 minutes of 1:1 discussion with the instructor, learning about students' dreams, goals and expectations 02 offline training sessions (beginning and end of the course) and 04 online sessions on Zoom60 minutes of 1:1 discussion with the instructor member after the course

Before leading someone, the person we need to truly lead is ourselves. Or in other words, to influence others and lead others in a common direction, we need to lead ourselves. Self-leadership is the ability to self-direct and control one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve personal and professional goals. This is an important skill in modern life, helping us achieve success in all fields. Some reasons why self-leadership is really important and needs to be cultivated include:


    Increase self-awareness: Self-leadership helps you understand yourself better. By assessing your personal characteristics, values, and goals, you can identify your strengths and weaknesses. Create life goals and plans: Self-leadership helps you set specific goals and develop a plan to achieve them. This helps increase focus and shape daily actions towards goals. Time management and prioritizing what's important: There are so many things in life that we all want to pursue. Knowing how to identify the most important things, along with time management skills and self-discipline will help you achieve your goals. Develop personal capacity: When identifying strengths, weaknesses and life goals life, self-leadership helps you orient yourself to continuous learning to grow and conquer new heights. Building positive thinking: Self-leadership promotes positive thinking and flexible thinking. You become willing to learn, adapt and grow in any situation.
